The hotel is conveniently located right next to a big supermarket, making it easy to grab any necessities. it is also situated near the railway station, allowing for easy access to central London. The rooms are stunning, with beautiful decor and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are spacious and luxurious, with some even featuring freestanding baths. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast offers a variety of delicious options. a fantastic stay.

I had a fantastic weekend away here, enjoying live music and unwinding with a few drinks without the worry of driving. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a restful night's sleep. The staff in the bar were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised to find a Nespresso coffee machine in my spacious room, along with the thoughtful addition of a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste, which I had never experienced in any other hotel. The location of this place is also perfect, being conveniently close to the city center while still offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the tourist crowds.
I recommend this hotel to all my friends, as it offers a great price and the unique experience of staying in a real pub. The connection to the city center is excellent, providing easy access without the noise and hustle and bustle.

The rooms are modern and spacious, exceeding my expectations for the usual London size. The location is fantastic, right in the center of Balham and close to both the tube and train stations. The hotel staff were amazing, holding our luggage and providing really good service. The amenities, including the coffee and tea available in the room, werevery comfy and tidy.

The Bedford Balham - Live Music Venue was a vibrant place to stay with a unique circus/show-themed decor. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, and the staff were polite and cute. The location was convenient, close to the underground and rail stations, with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. Despite the lively atmosphere, the room was quiet and peaceful.
